It was stuck in the layout stage for three weeks, as the layouter is a very very busy person. :) I've just checked the updated files and it's now (today) moving into conversion, which should happen this week.
Then I need to get registered with Amazon and sort out tax and payment details, and then it should become available. So my best guess at the moment is mid-July. But generally, I keep my blog and website pretty updated, so if I'm not writing about progress, it's not making any.
